Happy Decker Cottage - This cottage sits right on the water overlooking Townsend Gut. There is a dock and float as well as a mooring available for your use; need to make arrangements prior to arrival for use. Sit out on the deck and enjoy the boats going by and watch the lobster boats unloading their catch of the day. Inside on the first floor is a water view bedroom, one bath, water view living area, well equipped kitchen and dining room. There is a brand new second floor bedroom with water views and a bath as well. The cottage also has cable TV, DVD, VCR, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer. Pets by prior approval! Linens are provided. Can be rented as a 1 bedroom, 1 bath for $2000 per week. $2,500 per-week
